"Since trying the Ztrainer it has been part of my strength routines and also the Pole Vaulters I coach. Whereas some of the exercises we do I would never advocate for the general public, I can promise you we have tested it under extreme stress using it for pull ups, gymnastic exercises such as inverse crucifix which put a lot of faith in the Ztrainer, given we are supported upside down head first with only a small safety mat. It has 2 distinct advantages over the TRX-

1. You can switch exercises and angles without having to re-set up the Ztrainer

2. It costs half as much

It is one of my favourite tools offering unlimited angles, resistance (through varying angles) and can be adapted by a good coach for any sport or for those in a remedial setting.
