The classic Ztrainer can be attached to any sturdy anchor point such as tree, beams, weights rack in the gym, outdoor play equipment or similar. The webbing strap and cam buckle can be adjusted to suit the height and width of the anchor point. The 2 handle straps have light weight carabiners and the lengths can be easily adjusted to suit the user, location or particular exercise. Carry bag and exercise manual included. Additional strap can be purchased to allow pull ups and dips to be performed.

For use indoors or on outside doors instead of strap attachment. Door must be solid and ideally open away from the exerciser.

A velcro attachment is also available to use instead of strap and cam buckle. Good for use with vertical poles and an alternative way to attach Ztrainer to trees, beams etc.

Buying an extra strap will give you the ability to do pull-ups/chins and dips by having 2 separate attachments for each caribiner and handle. Works best with high anchor points. Buying 2 wall mounts and attaching them to a beam or suitable ceiling would give you 2 attachment points perfect for these exercises. 2 anchor points are also useful for exercises such as chest press and some pulling movements to give more variety.

The stylish stainless steel Zplate will allow your Ztrainer to be attached to a suitable wall or overhead to a beam/ceiling and will allow ultimate versatility in the exercises you can perform. Discreet and attractive they will not look out of place, and two Zplates can be attached a distance apart to allow separate caribiner attachment for exercises such as pull-ups and dips. If you own a training facility then a row of Zplates will allow mulitple users to workout simultaneously.
